Hiii, I’m Hailey! Minnesota based wedding, elopement, and destination photographer, adventure lover, professional yapper, frequent flyer whenever I can make it happen, and someone who is very, very in love with love.

I’m happiest surrounded by my people, my pets, way too many plants, a little bit of chaos, or somewhere completely new with a camera in my hand. Traveling has always lit me up, whether I’m hopping on a plane, exploring somewhere I’ve never been, or documenting a love story in a place that means everything to you.

But more than anything, I want this to be a space where you feel completely safe being YOU. Every body, every identity, every kind of love belongs here. We go beyond straight, white, and skinny here because every single person deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and absolutely freaking BEAUTIFUL in their photos.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I have a bit of a superpower: making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. My couples tell me over and over that they expected to feel awkward and somehow forgot the camera was even there, and THAT is exactly what I want for you.

Because the best photos happen when you feel safe enough to fully be yourself. Weird laughs, happy tears, messy hair, loud love, quiet love, and everything in between.

You don’t have to look a certain way, love a certain way, or know what the heck to do with your hands to belong in front of my camera. Come exactly as you are. I’ll take care of the rest.

MY OWN LOVE STORY IS A BIG PART OF WHY I PHOTOGRAPH YOURS THE WAY I DO

I’m a little obsessed with love, and a lot of that comes from my own relationship with my fiancé, Oliver. We originally met in middle school, reconnected during my sophomore year of high school, and had our first date at a drive-in movie, with two of my best friends tagging along because apparently I needed moral support LOL.

Since then, we’ve been photographed together plenty of times, which means I know exactly what it feels like to be on the other side of the camera. I know the difference between feeling awkward and overly posed versus having someone who makes you laugh, keeps you moving, gives you direction, and lets you actually connect with your person.

That experience has shaped so much of the way I photograph my couples. Whether we’re celebrating close to home in Minnesota or hopping on a plane for a destination halfway across the world, I want you to feel like you can fully exhale and be yourselves with me.

I’ll guide you when you need it, hype you up when you need it, and give you enough room to forget about the camera altogether. You can be weird, affectionate, loud, emotional, chaotic, quiet, whatever feels like YOU.

I don’t want your photos to just look like you.  I want them to feel like you.
